This is a great series of themed anthologies from Lafcadia Press. I’m delighted to have stories in the latest two volumes!
Hell’s Mall: Sinister Shops, Cursed Objects and Maddening Crowds
Here’s the seventh volume in editor April Grey’s terrific series of themed anthologies. Every story in this one involves some sort of terrifying escapade with shopping — some in a real mall, yes, but there is so much more!
My story continues the eco-vengeance theme I used in the last anthology, and takes place in the same area — this time on Block Island itself, where fishermen have revived an old fish mart where the ferry comes in with rich tourists.
Some of them want things they shouldn’t ask for.
Hell’s Highway: Terrifying Tales of Tormented Travels
The road to hell is paved with…fabulous spooky stories!
Welcome to number six in the series of great Hell-themed anthologies edited by April Grey. This volume is all about haunted methods of transportation.
I’m tickled to have my story, “Sucker” in here. It’s about a sailing trip on a J36 sailboat, which is pretty much the boat I used to sail on every weekend back before I traded the “hole in the water into which you throw money” for the “hole in the ground into which you throw money” — i.e. a house.
